This Privacy Policy explains how inboxquery.wiki handles information when you use the website or contact us.
Query builder data
Values entered into the Gmail search query builder are processed locally in your browser. We do not require a Google login, request Gmail OAuth permission, upload message content, read your mailbox, or receive the generated query through a site form.
When you select Search in Gmail, your browser opens a Google Gmail URL containing the generated query. Google then processes that request under its own terms and privacy policies.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process ordinary server logs needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, response status, and security signals. Retention and handling may depend on the hosting provider’s infrastructure and security settings.
Fonts and external services
The site may load font files from Google Fonts. That request can disclose technical connection information to Google. Links to Gmail, Google support documentation, and other external sites are governed by the destination’s privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
The current query builder does not require an account cookie and does not intentionally store your form values on an InboxQuery server. Essential hosting or security infrastructure may use limited technical mechanisms needed to provide the service.
Support email
If you email support@inboxquery.wiki, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate issues, and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private email content, or sensitive attachments.
Data rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information we hold. Contact support@inboxquery.wiki to ask about access, correction, or deletion of support correspondence. We may need to verify the request.
Children
InboxQuery is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system because the site does not provide one.
Changes
We may update this policy when the tool, hosting, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
